Our human approach to process serving is part of the legacy of our founder, Juan Tapaneswho worked side-by-side with his step-son, Alex for many years. After learning the ins and outs of effective process serving, Alex took over the business when Juan passed away in 2011. 

Over the years L & L Process continued to grow with Shirley Lopez bringing her extensive marketing background and knowledge to the team. We are a husband and wife team who sees ourselves first as entrepreneurs and second as service providers that play an integral role in the judicial process.
